If the YouTuber @CGPGrey does not upload a new video to his channel https://youtube.com/@CGPGrey by 2024 (UK time), this resolves N/A so everyone gets their money back. If the next video he uploads is not mostly on the topic of flags, then this also resolves N/A. Otherwise, this market will resolve by the view count on YouTube exactly one week after the upload.
Because I will have to classify what the video might be about, I will not bet myself.
