Each time somebody posts a market with the exact same title and description, except for the number at the bottom of the description, which must be incremented by 1, a "clone" is made (including this first one). For the clone to be valid, the market must be created by someone who hasn't cloned this market before.

All the clones should resolve the same as the first one (made by 

Resolves to yes if the average value of predictions of all duplicated markets ("clones", including the first one) at close time is greater than 50% (after all are closed), otherwise no.

All clones in order to be valid must close at the same day as this one.
