This is an unlinked multiple choice market, in which options will resolve "no" as a time period arrives without an update that shows Sam as CEO. If there is such an update, then all remaining time periods resolve yes. 

If the "our structure" page is updated and does not refer to Sam as CEO, this does not resolve this market. I may add more time periods as necessary.

If they change the name/url of the page but it's still communicating the same general info I'd treat it as the same page. If they delete the whole page, then I'd wait for the time periods to arrive in case they add it back.
