If Trump is found guilty or pleads guilty to one of these charges, it resolves yes. If he is acquitted of a charge or the charge are dropped/dismissed/etc, that charge resolves no. This market is only about initial conviction, it does not account for post-conviction appeals, pardons, sentencing, etc. 

The trial is currently scheduled for march, but is expected to be delayed. However, it is still likely to begin before the election and some conviction is considered very possible.

These resolution rules may be updated within the spirit of the question. I am not a legal expert and am open to suggestions of what exact terminology I should be using to ask this question.

Note that this market will last until the end of the case, unlike some other markets which ask whether Trump will be found guilty before the election.
