Amazon Prime has cancelled the original TV series adaptation of Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time, 

according to industry insider sources like Deadline

. This decision was made for financial reasons like the show’s high budget and slightly declining viewership numbers, despite widespread critical acclaim.

However, WoT has amassed a passionate fan base, some of whom 

 are trying to save the show. They have created an online campaign called 

. They have collected over 200,000 fan signatures so far (including mine), as well as many testimonials, love letters to Wheel of Time, video essays, and so on. Their objective is to get another streaming platform to pick up the show with Sony, or convince Amazon not to go through with the cancellation (which has not as of May 30th been officially announced by Amazon itself).

If any streaming platform (e.g. Netflix, AppleTV, Amazon Prime Video, etc.) announces that they are producing Season 4 of The Wheel of Time show with substantially the same cast and director/writers, then the question resolves yes. Otherwise it resolves no.
