Will I get my Apple Watch Move and Exercise rings 6 of 7 times AND achieve my Emile bedtime goal this week?

Bedtime goal via (emile.chat) is to get to bed by 1:00am at least 4 times this week. Got it last night.

Exercise goal is 55 minutes.

Move goal is 480 cal.

Other Considerations:

Week starts today, Monday.

Exercise minutes can be fulfilled even with very easy yoga, so it's mostly about showing up.

I will not bet NO on this market. I will not sell any YES shares. I may cancel unfilled limit orders.

I'll be backpacking this weekend and may not bring my watch. If I think on those days I move and exercise enough to capture the spirit of my exercise goals, I will count it.

Aug 15, 11:17pm: Got my rings for Monday.

Aug 16, 9:46pm: Got another bedtime so only 2 more to go there. Got both rings for Tuesday!

Aug 18, 2:46pm: 4/4 on bedtime goal so that's locked in. Missed both rings yesterday, so I must get my Exercise and Calorie rings the rest of the week. That said, backpacking Friday, Saturday, Sunday so those rings are pretty locked in. So a lot of it comes down to today...
