If debate doesn't happen, resolves No. Any variation of "GPT" counts, GPT-4, ChatGPT, etc. Including moderators.

I think AI will be mentioned, but not GPT specifically. We've got the two oldest presidential candidates of all time squaring off so I don't expect them to have a good grasp of cutting edge technology

@MattShular it's equally as likely that they have only heard of ChatGPT and they will refer to all AI as ChatGPT. If you need an example just look at old people who call every video game 'nintendo' and all tablets an 'ipad'.

I assume you mean debates after this market was created? Not sure when this market was created, but Chris Christie accused Vivek of sounding like ChatGPT in the first GOP primary debate.

@Dialethia correct

“Nobody knows GPT better than me”

“I knew GPT before there was GPT”

“GPT asked me ‘how do u know so much?’”

Seens more likely they would use a more generic, less technical term

@FranekZak I could definitely imagine them saying “AI like ChatGPT”. I don’t expect them to be debating the merits of transformer models though

What if they say GTP or TGP?

What if there is no debate?

@JohnDoec1c1 that's a no

@SemioticRivalry Is this literally "GPT" alone? Or also ChatGPT, Gpt-4, etc? Also is it only in debate, or also before/after?

@Joshua yes, if someone says the letters "GPT" in any context, it counts. Only during the actual debate.
