stored in the United States (e.g., Federal Reserve Bank of New York) was 

• The key criteria is a confirmed transfer of gold from U.S. custody to Germany (or another German-controlled location).

• Confirmation must come from a reputable source such as:

• The Deutsche Bundesbank website or press office

• Federal Reserve or U.S. Treasury statement

• Major global financial news outlet (e.g., Bloomberg, Reuters, Financial Times)

• No such withdrawal occurred in April 2025

• There is no credible public confirmation of such a withdrawal by April 30, 2025 11:59 PM PT

If the evidence is ambiguous or timing is unclear, the market will resolve to “No” by default.
