"Market Creation" in the first timeframe refers to the moment this market is created. The start of each timeframe is the start of each day, 12:00am Eastern Standard.

It does not matter whether the linked market resolves Yes, No, or N/A. If the linked market is not resolved by 2:59:00AM on 7/1/24 (the end time of the linked market at the time this market opened), "Not resolved by 7/1/24" will immediate resolve yes, it is 

 necessary that the linked market ever actually resolves after that date.
