We’ve got red states banning phones in school, and now blue states are trying to do it as well. Now “at least 13 states have passed laws or enacted policies that ban or restrict students’ use of cellphones in schools statewide or recommend local districts enact their own bans”

By the end of the 2020s, will there be national legislation which limits the usage of mobile phones within public schools across the US?
