Holders of YES shares in this market agree to the Joint Underwriting and Mutual Bailout for Loans and Economic Stability (JUMBLES) Tumbles Asset Relief Program (TARP). That means they consent to JUMBLES investors purchasing their Tumbles Financial Complex (TFC) debt for 30% of the entitlement if this market resolves YES.

This market resolves YES if and only if all holders of TFC debt (listed on the ledger at 

https://manifold.markets/Tumbles/will-tumbles-ever-be-late-to-pay-ba

If this market resolves YES, JUMBLES investors will purchase all TFC debt at 30% of the entitlement. This debt, now held by JUMBLES, will be fully forgiven, causing 

 to resolve NO. The proceeds of this resolution will be distributed back to JUMBLES investors to cover the costs incurred in executing the bailout.

Resolves NO if the "Will Tumbles ever be late..." market resolves YES, or if JUMBLES withdraws the TARP public offer at any point.

For the purposes of the above, "Holders of YES shares" includes anyone who holds more than 0 YES shares in this market, as well anyone who has held them within the last 24 hours. That is, there is a 24 hour notice period to withdraw consent to the bailout.
