Resolves YES if it becomes Manifold policy that profit made on leagues meta markets doesn't count as profit for leagues purposes, before the end of leagues season 7 (expected to take place in November).

Any such change that takes effect before the end of season 7 will cause this market to resolve YES, even if it does not retroactively affect all meta markets that were open during that season. But it should generally apply at least to all new meta markets, even if this is not perfectly enforced.

Such a policy could be either that such markets are banned entirely, or that they are marked as non-predictive, or any other mechanism that would plausibly prevent a market on leagues standings/promotion/demotion/profits from becoming self-fulfilling whalebait.

This market will resolve YES upon any credible statement of policy change from Manifold admins, whether enforcement has begun or not, as long as it is credible that something like this will take place and affect markets before the end of season 7. A policy change announced during season 7 but not to take effect before season 8, for example, would not count.
