Resolves to the option with the highest % at closing date. In the case of a tie at closing time, I will use a random number generator to select the winning option (each option tied for first has the same chance of being selected, all other options have no chance of being selected). The closing date is the 21st, and the market will close at a uniformly randomly selected minute between 12:00pm and 1:59pm EDT, inclusive. I already know this time but no one else knows it. For that reason, I will not bet here. Also, I may give out 10 minute and 5 minute warnings to make things more exciting.
