This market will resolve to whoever is the President of Russia at the close date.

If the presidency is vacant at the close date, the market will instead resolve to the Acting President of Russia.

This market will close at 23:59:00 UTC on 31 December 2026.

In any scenario in which the President is temporarily incapacitated at the close date (e.g. Boris Yeltsin's 1996 heart surgery) and there is an Acting President fulfilling presidential duties, the market will resolve to the President, not the Acting President.
