Resolves to YES if resolving to YES would result in anyone making 1000 mana or more. If not, resolves to NO if resolving to NO would not result in anyone having a profit of 1000 mana. If not, resolves to 75% unless that would result in anyone making 1000 mana or more. If not, resolves to 50% unless that would result in anyone in anyone making 1000 mana or more. If not, resolves to 25% unless that would result in anyone making a 1000 mana or more. If not, resolves to N/A.
