On April 27th, 2023, a player will be selected as the first overall pick. While the Chicago Bears currently have said pick, there's a possibility they trade down in order to build up draft capital. With that said, who will be the team making the first overall pick? 

If the pick is traded after the initial selection (like what happened with John Elway and Eli Manning), then the team who made the initial selection would be chosen (the Colts and the Chargers in those cases).
