Resolves YES if one or more users in any of the engagement market credibly report personal grievance against each other or Manifold. If it's all in good fun, this market resolves NO. If people are not happy with it on a personal level, hold grudges, think Manifold should disallow/take action, and not just annoyed that e.g. it lost them mana, then this resolves YES.

This market resolves NO if there is no credible evidence of increased enragement, otherwise YES upon such evidence.

I won't bet in this market, as it may be a judgement call. I may resolve this as a percentage as well
