The question "Who is Silent Majority?" is a mystery that has been puzzling fans of the manga 

 for years. The ability Silent Majority is first introduced in the Succession Contest arc, when it is used to kill one of the guards at Kurapika's nen class.

The ability takes the form of a small doll that attaches to the target's body. Once the doll is attached, four white snakes with mouths all over their bodies appear and begin to suck the target's blood. If the snakes are not able to kill the target within a certain amount of time, the user of Silent Majority will die.

The name "Silent Majority" is a reference to the political term "silent majority," which refers to the majority of people who do not express their opinions publicly. This is a fitting name for the ability, as the user of Silent Majority is never seen or heard from. Among the people at the lecture, it is not clear who is the true user.

The identity of the Silent Majority user is one of the many mysteries that remain unsolved in Hunter x Hunter. It is possible that the user will be revealed in the future, but for now, it remains a mystery.
