Will there be hard fuel rationing in the UK in 2026?

Resolves YES if the UK government renders it a criminal offence to purchase fuel  in any circumstances where it would be legal to purchase fuel at market opening. Does not require anyone be charged under any rationing law, only that the UK government states it to be the case.
