After the Grok sexual deepfakes scandal took off, the UK government has suggested the site formerly known as Twitter could be fined under the Online Safety Act.

This market resolves YES if Ofcom, the UK communications regulator, announces that it has issued X with a fine. Resolution does not require payment of the fine, nor will any attempt to fight any fine in court cause a NO resolution. The only requirement is that Ofcom announce a fine of any value before market close.
