Will Google Assistant or Siri be powered by an AI solution similar to ChatGPT by the end of 2023?

Question resolves YES if by the end of 2023 most recent stable, generally available release of either Siri or Google Assistant offer a conversational interface similar to that of ChatGPT, Bard and similar chat bots (but using speech input).

The longer market has a pretty big odds so that's why I created this one for a shorter time frame.
