In Poland there will be a referendum held, alongside the upcoming parliamentary election. There will be four questions asked. The fourth is:

Do you support the removal of the barrier on the border between the Republic of Poland and the Republic of Belarus?

If at least 5% voters will vote yes on this question, this market resolves YES, otherwise NO.

It is possible that some people who would vote in favor of the removal will rather refuse to take part in the referendum, which might shift the results.
