Resolves only, if the S&P 500 hits or is above the submitted threshold points

If the thresholds aren't reached until December 31st 2024, these will resolve NO.

The answers will be resolved at the earliest 15 minutes after reaching the specified value. In that case, please tag me. If I don't resolve within an hour without a reason, a mod will be allowed to do so.
