This market was created in order to focus on the more interesting part of the question for me: What will work ultimately? How will I change my diet, what interventions will I take, to boost my productivity and extend my event horizon? "What will be the answer to this mystery"?

Possible (though not necessarilly probable) answers so far:

This resolve to whatever I conclude from my experiments on the potato mystery works best for me in equal proportions (if I avoid sugar and supplement whey proteins, I'll resolve 50-50 to those two).
