This is a question about leagues and manifold moderation policies. Simliar questions have not been ruled non-predictive in the past, although I think there is a good argument that they should be.

I will place a large limit order at 1% here. If someone buys that limit order, I will then push the price of this market high enough to give me massive paper profits and close the market. 

I will then N/A the market so everyone gets all their Mana back. I may also N/A the market whenever I want, as this is mostly a joke.
