If someone whose first trade in this market is to buy YES is the person who performs the single most impressive action or the person who shows me the single most impressive item at Less Online/Manifest, this market resolves YES.

If both of those people did not trade in this market before this market closed or their first trade was NO, this market resolves NO.

To make things a little more interesting, this market will close Saturday Night (the 8th) while the conference continues on Sunday (the 9th).
