Resolves N/A if the singularity occurs before it would otherwise resolve.

Countries with >10% of the population being genetically enhanced cannot satisfy the condition for a Yes resolution.

This seems like a more objective way to operationalize the prediction markets about the heritability of intergroup IQ gaps, which otherwise would rely on the market creator's discretion or a popularity contest.
