Where will the next Manifest X be after Manifest X DC?

Manifest X is coming to DC on November 8th. Tickets available at: https://manifestxdc.github.io/

But who will go next?

Question will resolve to which city or region hosts the next Manifest X event by the end of 2026. If there are none, "There is no other Manifest X by the end of 2026" will resolve yes.

Pedantic quibbles:

Suburbs and nearby commuter cities would count as part of the larger city for purposes of this question (i.e. Baltimore would count as "DC", Oxford would count as "London")

When suggesting answers try to give areas containing between 5 and 25 million people. (i.e. "The Baltic States" as opposed to "Riga", but not so broad as "Scandanavia" instead of "Sweden")

First submitted reasonably qualifying answer will win, don't Price-Is-Right snipe. (i.e. if someone suggests "Sweden", and someone else adds "Stockholm" later, "Sweden" wins.)

I'm ruling out events at Lighthaven, regardless of the name. Don't go rebranding "Minifest" to win a market, @Austin.

Update 2025-12-21 (PST) (AI summary of creator comment): For a Manifest X event to count for resolution purposes, someone must step up to run it - the event must have an actual organizer/runner, not just be announced or planned without execution.
