For the purpose of this question I define "major" and "violent" as a protest with at least about 500 people and there have to be clashes with the police (or other law enforcement like national guard) or counter-protestors and some destruction of property like store fronts, public statues, or similar.

If some reports say "400 protestors" and others "500 protestors", it will still count as long as it's legit sources and numbers are in the right ballpark.

Destruction of "unofficial" statues like the "grab'em by the pussy" statue that was put up by an artist recently won't count. Non-political destruction, that's unfortunately common place in Portland, like smashing of bus stop glass won't count either, unless we have clear evidence that it was done by protestors or people who hijacked a protest to be assholes or make the protestors look bad.

Since this is somewhat subjective, I won't participate myself.
