This market resolves to YES if, in my personal judgment, catgirl Mana-chan becomes a significant phenomenon or meme within the Manifold community/userbase, as evidenced by things such as (but not limited to) Manifold questions, 

, and artwork, before 00:00 UTC on May 1, 2024.
