Welcome to Manifold Plays Chess! It is currently black's turn to play, and this is the current state of the board.
At an arbitrary time no earlier than 12 hours before listed close time, the answer at the highest percentage will resolve 100%, and the rest will resolve 0%. That move will then be played on the board. Please add answers to suggest moves. I will invalidate any answers that are not one of the following: a valid move, resign, offer to draw
The market will never resolve to Other. If it is in the lead, I will wait for another option to take the lead before resolving. If the market closes with Other in the lead, I will resolve to the second highest answer.
Then, a similar market for white's move will be created, then a market for black's response, and so on and so forth until the game concludes.
I may bet in the seconds immediately after market creation, but will not bet other than that.

the bishop move last turn has established that black is an idiot. this is the move that is most in character. it looks like a smart play ("oh if white takes my bishop then i take theirs!") but it is really just sacrificing a pawn for no reason
@SaviorofPlant no we don't want the game to end early because if it ends there will be no more chess markets = no more profits
@SaviorofPlant love this idea. since these markets are entirely self-resolving i was wondering how long it would take to go off the rails
@inaccessibles we can just intentionally create one of those king knight endgames that takes 100 turns to progress to checkmate
@SaviorofPlant omg that's such a good idea. I will pay a large bribe to anyone who agrees to work together to create such an endgame
I have a question, why did the percentage of Other increase from 2% to 4% when I made a new answer?
