It appears, as expected, that SD Worx will not start in the China races remaining in 2023. If they don't start, they cannot catch up and reach 50%. This is highly likely to resolve no.

After they officially don't start Chongming Island, it will be out of reach, and I will resolve No.

@Peilbeo I was kind of wondering if I need to redo the calculations again or not....but I'm pretty confident that they have exactly 40 wins in the WWT and that is less than half.

Lost the stage but won the GC today, should be at 40 out of 83 now.

Remaining on the UCI calendar:

Tour of Chongming Island - 3 stages + GC

Tour of Guangxi - one-day race

SD Worx would need to win every stage, GC, and the one day race to get to 45 out of 88 to have more than half.

I don't think they are even going to go.

They won today, so they're at 39 out of 81. They're also in the GC lead so even if they don't win the stage tomorrow, they could be at 40 out of 82 or possibly 41 out of 82.

Lost again today, 38/80 now.

They are also highly unlikely to go to China, at least not with a winning team. If the China races happen and they are not there, SD Worx cannot win more than 1/2 the WWT races this year.

In my calculation, SD Worx has won 38 out of 79 GC/stage/one-day so far. With 9 GC/stage/one-day remaining, they would need to win 7 out of 9 to have over 50%.

The Womens Tour was completely canceled so no one won those and the prologue of the Giro was canceled and no winner was awarded.

Will WC wins count (maybe it doesn't matter...it's 1RR (sdworx) vs 1 ITT (rest))

My calculation as of today suggests it might be 27 wins for SD Worx vs 30 for all other teams combined, but I did not do this with utmost precision.
