I feel like this shouldn't count towards a YES resolution on the grounds that it's obvious that @Nostradamnedus meant "after the creation of this market".

But, uh... this question really needs some precise resolution criteria. I dunno if y'all have noticed (/s), but lots of people have incentives to distort motivations of perpetrators of mass violence in an attempt to get them re-categorized "left" or "right" or "not actually a terrorist, just mentally ill".
