To count the orgy has to:

1. be during manifest 2 at the venue or within a mile of it.

2. have at least 5 total attendees and at least 4 who attended manifest 2

Any qualifying orgy will resolve yes all the people who were seriously invited regardless of whether or not they attended manifest 2 or attended the orgy.

“During” includes the entire day if there were any official conference events scheduled that day. The day before or day after the conference doesn’t count.]
